The Institute of Personnel Management Bangladesh (IPM Bangladesh) offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and Industrial Relations (PGDLLIR). The PGDLLIR program aims to produce professionals of international standard, equipping them to effectively tackle challenges related to Labour Law, Industrial Relations (IR), and management. The curriculum is designed to incorporate the latest developments in these fields, enabling participants to become successful HR professionals, IR experts, managers, and leaders within their organisations.

Formal application form is to be duly filled in and submitted with attested copies of academic certificates, transcripts and two passport and two stamp size recent color photographs to the office within the deadline of admission period. Normally a general circular for admission is published in IPM website (www.ipmbangladesh.org) and in other social media before each admission process.
Normally classes are arranged three days a week from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 pm online. At least 60 % class attendance is required by the participants to sit in the exam which carry 10 % marks.
Participants need to attend the class tests and / or assignment as per schedules for each subject which carry 20 % marks.
Participants need to attend a mid-term and final exam. This will carry total70% marks. The exam will be held physically in the IPM exam hall.
Participants are provided necessary course materials as well as lecture handouts by the respective course speakers that help the participants for their study.
Reading materials and question papers are set in English but the participants shall have option to answer either in English or Bangla or mixed in their answer scripts.
