IPM has become the leading authority on Human Resources in Bangladesh, making significant contributions to the development – and nurturing of the Human Resource Management profession. From the very beginning of its establishment, IPM conducts professional Diplomain HR and Labour Law and various short courses and training programs with highest standards.
Thousands of IPM diploma holders are now leading different multi-national and national organizations throughout the country and abroad.

The Consultancy Services Unit comprises a team of experience HR, Management Consultants and professionals with reasonable professional fees.
The Institute organizes various professional short courses and training and Development program on different areas of Management, HR Management, Labor Law and Industrial Relations for its members & for the working professionals from time to time with a minimal cost. The Institute also organizes various CPD, Professional Seminars, Workshops, HR Conferences from time to time.
The courses are conducted by the senior Fellow members of the institute who are of strong background personalities with long hands on professionally experienced in the fields of HRM, Labor Law, Industrial Relations and General Administration.
