The management of the Institute is vested with the Executive Council to manage and control all the affairs of the Institute. The Executive Council is elected by the members in every two years. The President is the constitutional head of the Institute while the Secretary General is the executive head.
There are others Committees like: Advisory Committee, Academic Committee, sub – committees and qualified regular officials for assisting Executive Council in its function.
The Advisory Committee of the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) Bangladesh serves as a strategic body that provides expert guidance and oversight to advance the institute’s mission of developing human resource (HR) professionals and promoting best practices in HR management nationwide.
The academic affairs are looking after by the Academic Committee headed by the Chairman of the Committee who works under the control and guidance of the Executive Council. Academic Committee consists of highly qualified and experienced professionals.
IPM membership committeeplays a crucial role in managing the member experience, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention. They act as a bridge between the organization and its members, fostering a sense of community and ensuring members feel valued and connected.
Sub-committees have specialized responsibilities under the Executive Committee of IPM Bangladesh. These sub-committees streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and ensure that specific issues are addressed efficiently.
