The Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) is the first professional HR body in Bangladesh, established in 1980, working to advance Human Resource Management (HRM), Industrial Relations, and Labor Law practices in the country.

It is my pleasure to write something about Institute of Personnel Management Bangladesh (IPM). IPM is the apex body of the Human Resources Management professionals in Bangladesh. It is established in 1980. It has lots of objective such as socio-economic growth, career development, promote of the human resources management etc.
IPM is the Non-profit organization that registered by Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). IPM was associated with UK based Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
The vision of the Institute is build up the organizational leaders and expert management professionals for protective Human Resource development whom serve to the interest of the nation. The management of the Institute is vested with the Executive Council to manage and control all the affairs of the Institute.
IPM provides post graduate diploma to the HR professionals for their professional Development. IPM Provides various short courses like CPD, labour law related course with highest standards. Thousands of IPM diploma holders are now leading different multi-national and national organizations throughout the country and abroad.
