Insititue of Personnel Management (IPM), Bangladesh is the only apex body of the Humain Resource Management (HRM) professionals in Bnagladesh, established in 1980. It was registered as a non-profitable professional association with Joint Stock Companies & Fitmd, Ministry of Commerce. Govt. of Bangladesh under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 bearing Registration No. S-1353(37)/90.
The Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) is the first professional HR body in Bangladesh, established in 1980, working to advance Human Resource Management (HRM), Industrial Relations, and Labor Law practices in the country.
IPM is a non-profit professional body, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It is independent but officially recognized by the Government of Bangladesh.

Established in 1980, the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), Bangladesh is the premier and oldest professional body dedicated to the advancement of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the country. Registered as a non-profit organization under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Registration No. S-1353(37)/90), IPM is formally recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and the Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Government of Bangladesh.

It is my pleasure to write something about Institute of Personnel Management Bangladesh (IPM). IPM is the apex body of the Human Resources Management professionals in Bangladesh. It is established in 1980. It has lots of objective such as socio-economic growth, career development, promote of the human resources management etc.
IPM is the Non-profit organization that registered by Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). IPM was associated with UK based Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
The vision of the Institute is build up the organizational leaders and expert management professionals for protective Human Resource development whom serve to the interest of the nation. The management of the Institute is vested with the Executive Council to manage and control all the affairs of the Institute.
IPM provides post graduate diploma to the HR professionals for their professional Development. IPM Provides various short courses like CPD, labour law related course with highest standards. Thousands of IPM diploma holders are now leading different multi-national and national organizations throughout the country and abroad.
IPM always reliable to all members and students. That’s why sometimes IPM Provides free workshops to the students and Members for their professional development. I hope IPM always provides better service to all members and students for our HR professional development and Organizational development.
